Avoid turmeric tea in the case of gallstones and pregnancy.
2. Ginger Paste
Ginger is one of the strongest natural pain sedatives and is instrumental in treating arthritis and back pain.
It contains a compound called gingerol, which is an antithrombotic and anti-inflammatory that is successful in treating joint and vertebrae pain, muscle pain, colon spasms, and respiratory disease.
Ginger can be taken as a tea or in the form of a paste which is the best and fastest, especially for the treatment of lower back and neck pain.
Ginger dough is easily prepared by adding three large tablespoons of ginger to two teaspoons of eucalyptus oil and mixing until the paste becomes strong. Place the dough on the affected area and repeat the same process daily until the pain disappears.

Chamomile contains a large number of useful compounds such as luteolin, flavonoids, and coumarin, which ease inflammation and muscle spasms, back and neck pain, and tension.

It can be used in the form of tea. Add a teaspoon of chamomile tea to a cup of boiling water, then let it steep for 10 minutes before filtering and drinking. It can be taken once to three times a day.

Do not store chamomile in metal containers or add it to tea or any drinks or herbs containing iron, because chamomile contains a substance, “tannin” that turns into a toxic substance when combined with iron.
4. Chili Peppers

5. Olive Oil
Olive oil is widely used to combat muscle and bone diseases, especially back pain due to its natural anti-inflammatory properties. Use warm olive oil to massage affected areas for 10 minutes and repeat the same process five times throughout the day.
6. Garlic Oil
For centuries, garlic has been used to relieve various conditions such as arthritis and dental pain. You can prepare garlic oil by adding three or four cloves of organic minced garlic into half a cup of warm olive oil and leave it for two minutes. Strain the mixture well, and then save it in an airtight container. It can be used over a two-week period.
How to use garlic oil: Heat garlic oil until it becomes a little warm and then add two drops of it to the inflamed areas. For arthritis, you can use minced garlic with a little salt, then place the mixture directly on the painful spots for relief.
Clove is a natural analgesic and considered one of the most effective painkillers for bone and muscle pain, as well as rheumatism, chronic arthritis, and dental pain.
You can chew some clove seeds, which secrete the analgesic eugenol substance. You can also use clove essential oil. Alternatively, it can be taken as a tea.
Cherry contains an anti-inflammatory substance called anthocyanin which is a natural analgesic for the pain of gout, chronic headaches, and arthritis.
9. Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar benefits are endless. Some of these benefits include relieving pain and heartburn and neutralizing the levels of acidity in the stomach.
It also works to break down fats and proteins, which prevents stomach ulcers. Furthermore, drinking a tablespoon of ACV each day helps reseed your gut with healthy bacteria.
When choosing ACV, be sure it is organic and contains “the mother”, which is the source of its live, active cultures.
Remember that pharmaceutical painkillers work to ease and relieve pain only. They do not address the underlying causes of pain.
